Location
• Locations are limited to public, non-restricted property
• Clients may suggest a specific location or describe a desired aesthetic, and we will recommend options
• If a location requires a permit or reservation fee, those costs are billed at cost in addition to the session’s base rate with no markup
• Locations requiring significant travel will incur an additional travel fee based on time and cost of travel

There are no licensing restrictions or hidden usage fees.
Wardrobe Guidance
After booking, you will receive a preparation guide that covers:

If you are between two wardrobe options, you are welcome to bring both and we will make a decision on site.
Turnaround Time
• Standard delivery is within 5–7 business days
• Expedited delivery may be available upon request
Final images are delivered via a secure online gallery for download.
Payment & Booking
• A signed agreement and 50% retainer are required to secure your session date
• Remaining balance is due prior to final image delivery
• Sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hour notice
Weather Contingency
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled in the event of adverse weather with no additional fee. We will proactively coordinate if conditions are not suitable.
