How The Process Works

  • The first step is a short call or form submission to discuss your goals, project style, and budget. We are happy to start from scratch and let your questions guide our approach, or jump on board to a fully fleshed out pre-production package. Whatever stage your project is in, we can help you take it to the finish line.

  • Once we have discussed your goals, learned your organization’s story, and designed an approach for your project, we’ll send a short scope-of-work document with clear deliverables and a budget estimate.

  • After the project is approved, we will organize and execute a smooth, efficient production tailored to your needs. Our minimalist production approach keeps us efficient and allows us to offer you a more competitive rate while retaining award winning quality.

  • After the production period has ended, we will move into post production where all our talented team members work their magic. This is where the video editing, score composing, sound design, and color grade all work together to make your project a unique and impactful piece that is sure to move your audience.

  • We make receiving your finished project simple and seamless. Whether it’s video or photography, your assets are delivered in high-resolution, distribution-ready formats tailored to your needs, with secure digital downloads for web, social, or print, so you can share your story and engage your audience immediately.

  • We don’t publish fixed rates because our services are highly varied and each project is unique. Video production and editing start at $125/hour, but your project’s specific needs may involve additional costs. The best way to get an accurate estimate is to contact us directly so we can provide a personalized quote that fits your budget. Our pricing includes a broad commercial use license for your organization in perpetuity by default. Extended exclusivity or full project ownership is available for an additional fee.

  • Yes! While we are based in Reno, Nevada, we LOVE to travel all over the country and the world for shoots. Our unique low-overhead model and minimalist production workflow means we are optimized for efficient travel productions at competitive rates. So far we have traveled for shoots in Cuba, Colombia, Mexico, Poland, and all Across the US.

  • Turnaround times vary depending on the type and scope of the project. Headshots and small photography sessions are typically delivered within a week, while video projects, 35mm film shoots, and larger commercial productions may take several weeks or longer. During your consultation, we’ll provide a clear timeline tailored to your project so you know exactly when to expect your finished assets. Rush options are available for time-sensitive projects at a marginally increased rate.

  • All projects include planning, production, and delivery of your assets. Usually for video productions, by default this will include on-location shoots, video editing, color grading, sound design, and original music. We’ll outline exactly what’s included in your personalized quote.

  • Yes. We provide a clear revision process during production. Minor tweaks are included, and additional edits beyond the agreed scope can be arranged for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely. Many clients combine services for a cohesive visual package. We can integrate video, stills, and drone imagery seamlessly.
